INTRODUCTION Threats against American interests by Arab nations or individuals are no surprise today in 2004. The public has tired of hearing of such. This was not the case in early 1993. Prior to all of the recent terrorist attacks on Madrid, New York City, Oklahoma City, and yes, even prior to the first attempt to bring down the World Trade Center by Arab terrorists in 1993, I had a vision of such things from the Lord God. When I received this vision and revelation, the idea that a group of Arab individuals, let alone any Arab nation, would unleash a nuclear attack against United States shipping was really a joke. I was incredulous and shocked to hear and see what the Lord was revealing to me, but I took detailed notes, and reported the spiritual event to all those who I was instructed to tell, and to give copies. What follows is a chronological unfolding of the vision and revelation. The dated parts of this article are presented as they were received at that time. With respect to prophecy, the Lord says in his word that we see and behold things darkly, as though we were looking through a blurred glass. We also are told in the bible that we see “in part”. Then, the Christian era has given even new believers in Jesus Christ incredible power and authority with God to pray and to intercede. God hears these prayers and may, at His option, decide to delay the occurrence of certain events that He has shown to His prophets. This was true in bible times with the prophets Amos and Jonah, and it is more true today, as Christians are faithful to pray when they receive a prophetic warning such as this one. Certainly many Christians have prayed concerning this prophecy. Now, let us travel back in time to point at which I received the vision and the revelation. JANUARY 9, 1993-Receipt Of The Vision And Revelation On January 9, 1993, while I was a member of Cornerstone Church in Davie, FL, I received a 3 and 1/2 hour waking vision and word of prophecy. To reduce it down to the salient points, it was revealed to me that: a. The Little Child, or "El Nino" would precede the judgments against America b. The initial judgments were said to be against California c. These California judgments were shown to me in the form of milk chocolate. [This was later confirmed by mudslides in California] d. President Clinton would be impeached. [Fulfilled in late 1998] e. The US aircraft carrier "Kitty Hawk" and 11 supporting vessels will be destroyed in the Persian Gulf by an attack perpetrated by the "descendants of Ishmael". I saw nuclear cruise missiles approach and destroy the Kitty Hawk and all of her airplanes and accompanying ships; and I heard the number killed: 12,600. I was told that this would happen on the 17th day of some future month. I was led to believe that it could possibly occur very nearly in proximity of time to the impeachment of Clinton. I was also filled with the feeling in my spirit that it would operate as the falling first domino of many in a sudden downfall and judgment of America. I released the prophecy to only to my pastor, apostle Blitz Robinson and to a small circle of believers who were close to me at that time. The vision was not sent to any major ministry or media outlet until 1998, as documented below. That is the summary of prophecy, following below, are the details: MARCH 24, 1998-Public Release Of The Vision And Revelation To the Church of our Lord Jesus Christ, March 23/24, 1998. Five years and two months ago, I was taken aside by the Lord for a period of about three and ½hours. During that Saturday morning and early afternoon of January 9, 1993, I was given waking visions and signs to be prayerfully considered and interpreted. I have also spoken to a few churches about this vision which has not come to pass, yet. Much of what I saw in January 1993, I could not understand. Like many prophets before me, I could only write down what I saw, feeling that at some later time, I would be given understanding. What I did understand, I wrote and distributed. At that time, as a young prophet, I tried to think too much and to figure everything out. I realize now that you must present what the Lord gives, even if it seemingly makes no sense. The word of the Lord was entitled "And A Little Child Shall Lead Them". I received absolutely no feedback from this word, except that I think most people who read it thought me to be a madman. To the natural mind, a nuclear attack by an Arab country against the United States appears to be preposterous. Nevertheless, that is what I saw! To summarize, I said at that time that on the 17th day of some future month, the U.S. aircraft carrier, Kitty Hawk and supporting vessels, would be destroyed by a surprise attack of cruise missiles. I said that the descendants of Ishmael would do this thing. This event will commence the Great Tribulation. I also wrote that that judgment was coming to California. America is to be brought down as Obadiah's eagle by the Lord. That is the part I understood, and that is what I released to a handful of people. I took detailed notes that accumulated to eight typewritten pages of what I observed and understood that day. In my notes, where I recorded my experiences of 1/09/93, I recorded that the Lord was saying that Bill Clinton's Presidency would be cut off. I wrote the word "impeached?" with the question mark following it. Also, concerning my notes of what the Lord showed me concerning California judgments, the judgments were associated with almonds, which I now regard as meaning that these will be the first to occur, because this is what this image meant when God showed it to Jeremiah. Over and over again, in association with the California judgments, the Lord showed me chocolate milk and milk chocolate. I could not understand what the Lord was saying. Tonight, as I was moved to review my notes of over five years ago, the Lord began speaking and giving me further revelation. This is what I was newly shown: The judgments against California will precede all the other judgments and will be the first indication that the sequence of the whole revelation is about to occur. These immediately began to occur in 1993. El Nino The Lord caused me to title the 1/09/93 prophecy "And A Little Child Shall Lead Them" because of what would happen in winter 1997 and spring 1998. "El Nino" would precede, or come before them. It could have read, "And El Nino Shall Lead Them". This began to be fulfilled in October 1997. The chocolate milk images I saw at that time, are pictures of the terrible mudslides that are occurring in California right now as a byproduct of "El Nino." This was fulfilled in February and March 1998. Impeachment proceedings will be then be brought against President Bill Clinton. This has not yet been fulfilled, although rumors and charges began to circulate in March 1998. [Fulfilled, November, 1998] While America and the President are distracted with these impeachment proceedings, the Persian Gulf fleet, headed by the U.S. Aircraft Carrier, Kitty Hawk, will be attacked by nuclear warhead tipped cruise missile in the Persian Gulf. The Lord said that descendants of Ishmael will do this thing. It will occur in near proximity of time to the impeachment proceedings. (2004 parenthetical comment: Clinton’s impeachment is long gone, so what happened? I have two possible explanations: 1) I erred, and was too specific in what I wrote, or 2) Christians prayed, and God delayed the attack. As God revealed this thing to me, the attack came right after the impeachment, so, it SEEMED that the two were connected very closely in time. I have grown since then, to understand that when God reveals things to His prophets, he may show them things that he gives in a vision: one right after the other, when in fact, there is a longer than implied time lag between the events.) These events will trigger great tribulation. (2004 parenthetical comment: this may not refer to the event that we believers refer to as “the great tribulation”) America will cease to function as a military power and will be brought down in fulfillment of the prophecies of Obadiah in one day. What are we Americans to do? Pray! Perhaps the Lord may repent from doing this to our nation, if we humble ourselves, pray, and turn from our wicked ways, seeking his face. Biblically speaking, there is no mention of America, so it is not required that the destruction of America must commence the great tribulation. Church, prepare yourselves now, hard times are ahead, times of warfare and storms. I hope for a rapture before the onset of any of this, but the Lord is saying nothing about it. In fact, His scripture tells His Church that while it is in the world, it will suffer persecution and tribulation. I don't want to be here, if this is to happen here in America, but what if I am? It is hard to study the bible and attend bible studies in wartime. Do it now! Sink your roots deeply into Christ in these years of peace and plenty, so that when the difficult times come, you will be ready and will be able to stand in the evil day. Even Jesus said that there are times when no man can work. Let us do our work now of soul winning and disciple making. Let us left up our heads and our hands that hang down and receive strength from the Lord to work now with gladness and obedience. Public presentation of the vision was done on April 16, 1998, at the International Board Meeting of World Salt Foundation. Finally, it was done. The vision had been released to the public. The Lord had pressed it out of me. APRIL 19, 1998-First Confirmation, From Another Prophet, Following The Public Release When I returned to my office on April 19, 1998, a fax was waiting for me, on my desk. My friend, Art Cormier, had copied some details from a Navy website, regarding three Russian Kilo class subs. These subs had been sold to Iran. As Art was pointing out, these subs carry anti-ship missiles. Already, Iran had also purchased the Sunburn missile, for which the US has no electronic countermeasure. Brother Art, had written on the fax, "Steve, your dream is getting ready." Art had no idea I had taken this vision off the shelf, but the Lord knew, and it was another confirmation that the date was drawing nearer. On April 21, 1999, the U.S. aircraft carrier KITTY HAWK entered the Persian Gulf. PROPHECY—10 HORNED BEAST: June 4, 1999, the Washington Post and New York Times online announced that the 15 nations of the European Union have decided to become a military power. They have authorized the TEN militarily aligned nations of the EU to build a military and they have named Javier Solana as their "Tsar". Europe will now have a "TEN HORNED" military power. [Revelation 13:1] The ten militarily aligned nations are former Roman Empire outposts. On that same day, the Lord drew me to Numbers 24:24, and gave me insight into the meaning of this verse. My Persian Gulf revelation is now found in scripture. Balaam saw in waking vision "Chittim" afflicting "Asshur" and "Eber" with ships. Geographically, Asshur and Eber correspond to Iraq. Chittim, to the Jew, was anyone living on an Island or a Western Coastland. [Josephus 1.6.1] Chittim, as pronounced by the Hebrew, is "KITTY". KITTY HAWK! NOVEMBER 17, 1999—First Follow Up Commentary WHY IS THE KITTY HAWK STILL HERE? I thought all of this would happen on February 17, 1993. When it did not, I assumed I had missed the Lord. I put the vision on the shelf for a little more than five years and did not say much about it. Basically, I tried to recover from what I thought had been a prophetic disaster, and I set about to just serve the Lord in jail ministry, preaching in the ghetto as an evangelist. I put aside all this PROPHET stuff, as best I could. Then, in March, 1998, the Lord spoke to me, reviving this vision and giving me further proof that it was from him, bringing more detail to me and showing me that 3/5 of what I had seen, had already been fulfilled. Later that year, the fourth part, Clinton's impeachment, came to pass. The Lord never said that the nuclear attack against the Kitty Hawk would be simultaneous with the impeachment, although at one time, I thought that. I was looking for it right after the impeachment. I fully expected the event to happen right after the impeachment. The intervening time took me by surprise again, but did not shake me up nearly as badly. It sent me back to the Lord, where he reminded me exactly what he had said, not what I thought it had meant. He spoke again this year in 1999, giving me further revelation and confirming that yes, it would be the Kitty Hawk, for I had inquired of the Lord whether the Kitty Hawk was symbolic of any aircraft carrier, or if it would actually be that specific ship. With regard to impeachment and distraction, we are still reeling from the effect of the impeachment. We are definitely still "distracted" by the impeachment. Why else would nobody care about Chinagate? Gore, his potential predecessor, is also affected by the impeachment, trying to distance himself from connection to Clinton. Also, the Lord never gave me an exact date, only the 17th of some future month. That is definitely, not predicting a date. It is giving a prophecy in part. It is my FEELING that February is the highest risk month. That is me, and not the Lord. It is based upon my feeling about the days of Noah and Genesis 7:11. It has been more than eight years since I received the vision and the words. The Lord has not revealed to me that there has been any cancellation of the word. He has not repented [changed His decision to allow this event] of it. The weapon that I saw in my vision now exists and is in the hands of several enemies of the US. In the Persian Gulf, Iran possesses many Sunburn missiles. In the Pacific, China now has two Sovremmeny destroyers that carry the same missile. Due to the actions of the Clinton administration, America still has no electronic countermeasure against these missiles. The possession of these weapons by our enemies is further evidence to me that we are nearing the time of fulfillment of this vision. Time has passed and I have outgrown the need to be right. I realize that as a New Testament prophet, God will forgive and has forgiven me for anything I added to what I have written concerning this vision that might have arisen from my soul and mind, and not from him. And yet, I'm remembering how raw and green I was: how little I knew. But, oh, how filled with zeal I was to please my Lord. Will the great tribulation (or a great tribulation) begin, as I prophesied, when this event occurs? I'm trying to remember back to just what the Lord told me and how he told me. I'm not even sure anymore. But of this one thing I am certain: the attack will be a complete and utter surprise, and it will be the first falling domino of many to follow that will trouble America. APRIL 25, 2004-Third Follow-Up Commentary And New Revelation I have been asked to take a look at this vision and prophecy, to bring it up to date, and to “clean it up”, if I can. I will try, with the Lord’s help. First of all, I do not believe in changing written prophetic utterances after the fact. When someone reads something on my website, it will remain there, just as it always was. I am not going to alter things, or come up with new versions, because the passing of time has seemed to cast doubt on certain things. So, I can only really “clean things up” in this section, where I can report to you anything new that I have received. Any changes from prior versions to the dated, preceding sections are of the most minor in cosmetic nature. Everything has changed in America following September 11, 2001. The pain of attack and terror has been personally felt by Americans on our own shores. And yet, that event, as bad as it was, did not have as traumatic an effect as the fulfillment of this prophecy will have. I have received additional light with respect to this revelation. During December, 2003, for example, I suddenly was filled with a desire to know what the date was on the Hebrew calendar when I received this vision, so I researched the matter. The answer: TEBETH 17. That is the fourth month, seventeenth day on the civil Hebrew calendar, which coincided with January 9, 1993 in that year. That opened my eyes, and I gained understanding, as I had received revelation in a dream, even prior to the receipt of the Kitty Hawk revelation, concerning 4:17. There is one additional matter to report. This vision and revelation have now been received and believed by certain of the Islamic extremists who have ties to terrorism. It has been printed on their websites. They have referred to me by name. This has been reported on numerous US websites and news outlets. I would love to lead every Muslim to faith in our Lord Jesus Christ, for He gave His life for them, just as He did for me. Second: The idea that something I received from the Lord has shown up on a website of the Islamic Jihad is personally distressing to me. I consider myself an American patriot. Were it necessary, I would gladly, at age 47, enter an armed service if I were drafted, and would fight to defend my country to the death. I have shed many tears over the seeing of that vision, and I have spent much time in prayer to seek the Lord as to whether its' occurrence might be set aside. Its eventual fulfillment will give me no pleasure, and I take no pleasure in seeing our enemies taking steps to bring that event to pass. It is a horror of horrors to me that the Babylonians of today believe the word of the Lord through me, while most of my American brothers regard me as one to be ignored and mocked. If only it were possible that my American countrymen would repent, and return to the Lord our God. That alone will move God to relent of bringing this prophecy to pass, and many others like it. Finally: I have reviewed my websites today. I have considered the likelihood that terrorist sympathizers are looking over my websites, and have taken what I consider to be the appropriate action. I have removed several pages and maps from my website that some might construe as being sensitive, or useful in some small way to an enemy of the United States. I have received no statement from the Lord that He intends to repent or relent. Only American repentance will cancel this event. I believe that, perhaps, intercession has delayed it, but we may very well be out of extensions of time. Professionally, I am an accountant: a former CPA. When we prepare tax returns, we have a first extension that is available to us. We need only to ask for it. Then, we have a second extension available, but we must give a convincing reason why it should be granted. After that, the due date is set. There is no more grace. Have we run out of extensions? |

If you remember, last year, I was watching this buildup because the 4 carriers represent 1/3rd of the total carrier task force’s of the US Navy. Last year the number only reached 3 carriers as they were rotated in and out of the Persian gulf, and the Kitty Hawk was not one of them. I am particularly sensitive to this because of a vision given to a brother on January 9th, 1993, in which he saw the Kitty Hawk and all of it’s escort ships destroyed by cruise missiles. I believe what Stephen Bening saw that day is for real, and we are facing the last possible time for the fulfillment of the vision. I wanna make sure I understand this. I read this whole article and It jumps around alot on the dates. So are they saying that the Kitty Hawk is going to the Persian Gulf from the South China sea SOON? I read in here that it was decomissioned so im a bit confused. I had never heard this propheci before. Very enteresting and definatly something to be "watching" |

Official Kitty Hawk website says this about decommissioning: "USS Kitty Hawk will be turning over duties as the Navy’s only forward-deployed aircraft carrier to USS George Washington (CVN 73) in the summer of 2008. Kitty Hawk will return to the West Coast after that and is expected to decommission in 2009. However, as of April 2008, there has been no official date set for a decommissioning ceremony. The Debka report said that the Kitty Hawk was on its way to the gulf, however I haven't seen any other source confirm this. So it's possible this could be another one of Debka's wrong reportings, we'll soon see if their sources were correct. |

Asia News is reporting that the Kitty Hawk and its battle group will be departing Hong Kong on Saturday, May 3rd. According to this source, the Kitty Hawk is still in Hong Kong for a few days. It has been reported that the Kitty Hawk is engaging in a month's long exercise before returning to the US, which began around April 15th or so. So its mission should be ending in the May 15th timeframe. Meanwhile, the nuclear US George Washington is en route to Japan to replace the Kitty Hawk's presence there. It is not expected there until August. |

If I decommission KITTY HAWK will I be able to return to Japan to finish my overseas tour? If your Detailer has a valid billet and you get selected for the billet in Japan. When will we Decommission? This comment is very interesting in light of the Kitty Hawk prophecy and the recent remarks by Ahmadinejad: "Turning to the United States, he said the era of decline and destruction of its "satanic power" had begun and added: "The bell on the countdown of the destruction of the empire of power (military might) and wealth (economy) has begun to ring." What would happen to our country if our naval fleet were destroyed? Would Iran then be able to shut down the oil flow to our country entirely? Would the result be that no man could buy or sell? I've heard it said, the man who controls the oil, controls the world. |

So Iran will do something soon so the Kitty Hawk will be rerouted there? As far as I can tell, the USS Kitty Hawk is still out to sea. I can't find any information about it being at Pearl Harbor yet. If this is going to happen, it will be any day now. But I don't agree that the U.S. will loose its Military. Not because of patriotic denial but because of Bible prophecy. |

The ship is currently in port at Naval Air Station North Island, San Diego, conducting repairs to spaces and equipment affected by the fire. The timeline for repairs to the ship has not yet been determined. Once repairs to the ship are complete, USS George Washington will replace USS Kitty Hawk as the United States Navy's forward deployed aircraft carrier in the Pacific. RIMPAC, hosted by Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet, demonstrates the U. S. Navy's commitment to working with our global partners in protecting the maritime freedom as a basis for global prosperity and to ensure stability throughout the Pacific. RIMPAC has been conducted since 1971. This year's exercise consists of 10 nations, 35 ships, six submarines, over 150 aircraft and 20,000 Sailors, Airmen, Marines, Soldiers and Coast Guardsmen. My Father, You are the Holiest of holies, there is none like You. For years I have requested that this great nation would repent of its many abominable sins.
