I had a dream this morning, I was driving with my Aunt through the town I grew up in (which I moved away from a couple years ago) This Aunt lives in another town. She is one of those California health nuts and she was complaining to me that she hated regular milk but she could no longer find her usual soy milk (she has stomach problems and can't drink regular milk.) So I suggested to her that we check the grocery store in my town, thinking that maybe less people here would drink soy milk. So we get to the grocery store and there are police out in front checking people's ID's to make sure they are living in this town. There is a long line of people waiting to get in. Even though I moved to a new town, my driver license still has my old town on it, so I could buy her the milk. Once inside we saw that there were limits on everything. Limit two per customer of milk, limit two per customer of bread, etc. So after all that work, we can't find any soy milk here so I suggested we go across the street to the 7-11. We get in there and the place is virtually empty! No food on the shelves at all, no shelves even! The place obviously had been looted or there had been a major run on supplies. *I know this is "only a dream" but there is talk of crops being ruined due to the floods, one of the ruined crops was corn, the other, soy beans. There is also my other dream where The Lord showed me ruined crops, titled "Crops Ruined". http://all-things-new.net/topic/8705/1/#new Back when I had the dream and came to the interpretation, there was not yet any talk of famine or crops being ruined and I was trying to figure out how America's crops could be ruined, as it seemed an impossibility back in October 2007. I don't think anyone paid attention to it or believed me but now you have a warning. Food will be rationed. There will be police out in front of the grocery stores to keep order and to make sure no one loots or breaks in. There will be limits on how much you can buy in a week. They will have a way to measure how much you buy based on your ID as well as possibly store cards. If you have someone living with you who has an ID with an adress from another town, tell them to get that updated as soon as possible, or else they will not be able to buy from the grocery store in town, they will have to drive to the town in which their ID says they live at. With gas and food prices sky rocketing, it will be an extreme hardship to have to drive to a distant town, so please make sure your ID is current and updated. I am not trying to cause fear or panic, there is no need for fear and panic. The Lord in His Mercy has given us time to prepare. There will be enough food for us though we may be inconvenienced for a time in the beginning when there is a run on the grocery stores, there may be a short amount of time where you won't be able to get food from the grocery store, this will be ammended as soon as the security measures and emergency rationing go into effect so don't panic. Remember that the Lord loves us and will prepare us for this time of crisis. Please pray to verify this message with the peace of the Lord settling upon you as well as the fortitude to make necessary preparations. May The Lord bless you and keep you. May the Lord make his face to shine upon you, and be gracious to you. May the Lord lift up his countenance upon you, and give you peace ~Amen. ~7Seven |

They will have a way to measure how much you buy based on your ID as well as possibly store cards. The next stage will be issuance of your very own National ID card, required to verify your identity, citizenship, credit and other details necessary to make sure you get your allotted rations and nothing else. Hi Dino, According to what I was reading about the ruined crops, the damage could outlast this season because the fields will need years to be turned back into farmable land.
So you are correct but the first phase of rationing will be an emergency system set up based on your current ID. This famine may be longer than anticipated. There will be an abundance of fruit though, both litteral fruit and the fruits of the spirit. ~7Seven |

Although the American public has rejected and stalled regarding acceptance of the governmental push for a National ID card, I suspect the next major terrorist attack will force its implementation. In the aftermath of such profound horror, people will be extremely scared, not knowing what terrible events will happen if they do not follow the new mandatory federal and state laws and restrictions enacted to preserve stability and to prevent civil war. Using the National ID card will ensure each person of valid citizenship, allowance of rations, legitimacy of employment, ownership of homes, vehicles and other personal property. Any person not possessing the mandatory National ID card will be suspect, a potential terrorist or sympathizer, and could be detained and questioned by authorities for national security purposes and to protect "authorized "citizens. Citizens will readily overcome their previous dislikes of the National ID card's control when they see the material benefits. General acceptance and use of the National ID card would condition the populace to accept the coming mark of the beast. But hey, I could be entirely wrong --- after the next major terrorist attack they might skip the card and go straight to the mark. Edited by belinda, Jun 18 2008, 07:53 PM.

Here's a very alarming article. How the floods will hurt the economy http://money.cnn.com/2008/06/16/news/economy/flooding_impact/index.htm?postversion=2008061707 Dinosaur, I remember after 9-11, I thought to myself, "So this is why we give up our sovereignty, we do it willingly!" So I know the point you are making. But the rations will need to go into effect before the national ID card can be implemented. With the illegal immigration, the National ID card starts to sound like a good idea, maybe even more border security? I don't yet equate it with the mark of the beast, however. But the database could be used if America is ever taken over or annexed by the EU. That is the concern I have about the National ID system. We will put the mechanism into place for eventual total population control, which will be a disaster once in the wrong hands. ~7Seven |

No National ID card? No entry. No National ID card? No exit. Detention by authorities. Possible internment. The National ID card would be a precursor to the mark of the beast. Edited by belinda, Jun 18 2008, 07:54 PM.

My Brother's dream last night.... My Brother also told me about a dream he had last night. There was a cult militia in controll of the town we used to live in. Imagine cult militant rule? This is how it starts: Those who are armed will be in control. Eventually Americans will be disarmed. The authorities will be those who are armed, but this is further into the future after America is annexed by EU which is after a China/Russia military invasion. This is of course speculation on my part based on several dreams, not a prophecy. The Great Famine caused by the crops being destroyed and resulting rations implemented is a prophecy. The Lord told me it would happen very soon. ~7Seven |

Presently I am using the Zeta Intentivo theme, and the font chosen in my previous three posts was Gold. When you examine the font options, do you see a choice for Yellow? The Intentivo color scheme is visually entertaining, and most of what I see is in stark contrast to the normal conservative Zeta themes. Here is what I suggested days ago when Israeli could not read the Light Blue font. "If you do not wish to change your current board theme, then simply drag your mouse cursor over all illegible words, simultaneously holding down your primary mouse button, which will highlight all swiped text in a different contrasting color, easier to decipher." Does anybody think I'm abusing the Zeta board fonts? Should I be subjected to administrative admonishment and have my color choices rationed? |

It's not abusing dino but it's no good writing if no one can read your posts. And most people would also prefer to read without having to take extra steps. So maybe in consideration of others can you type in mostly darker fonts, or use only a lighter if thru experimentation you see they are easily read in all the themes. - thanks |

I suppose that means I should not use the Invisible Secret Code font which requires special 3D glasses to read.

It probably means you have to have consensus with the Normal Font folks on the broad way. I find your posts so interesting, I'll run my mouse over them to read what you say no matter what color it is. |

sherry - Before i even knew about my current home i had a dream about it where me and my family, and hundreds of other people some of which i now recognize as my neighbors were walking down the main road which runs in front of my house to a park like area with picnic tables. it seemed organized by someone, maybe the county or state (VA) but we ended up at the park about 4 miles from here and people were talking about how there was no food in the stores and they wondered where it would come from. people will do just about anything for food, maybe not for themselves but for their family, especially children..most likely. it will be a time that will test the faith of even the strongest believer. Wow Michael, Thanks for telling us that. Very interesting. I had another dream a couple years ago, in which my Father, who was alive then, was flying and following my family who were all together in my car. I wondered back then why he was flying on the outside, but now I know it was because he died a couple years later of cancer. In this dream, my Mom also had a brand new van which she could never have afforded when I dreamt it. In the dream I was jealous because it was newer than my car which was new at the time. Several years later, my Mom got the van shortly before my Father passed away. Also in this same dream, there were elephants running down the street, and sunfowers filled the fields and men, women and children were carving chunks off of the dead elephants and eating like greedy beasts as we fled the area. I know, it was a strange dream. I wondered what on earth could make Americans turn into starving beasts. ~7Seven |

Flooding likely to hike food prices NEW YORK (AP) -- Raging Midwest floodwaters that swallowed crops and sent corn and soybean prices soaring are about to give consumers more grief at the grocery store. In the latest bout of food inflation, beef, pork, poultry and even eggs, cheese and milk are expected to get more expensive as livestock owners go out of business or are forced to slaughter more cattle, hogs, turkeys and chickens to cope with rocketing costs for corn-based animal feed. The floods engulfed an estimated 2 million or more acres of corn and soybean fields in Iowa, Indiana, Illinois and other key growing states, sending world grain prices skyward on fears of a substantially smaller corn crop. The government will give a partial idea of how many corn acres were lost before the end of the month, but experts say the trickle-down effect could be more dramatic later this year, affecting everything from Thanksgiving turkeys to Christmas hams. Rod Brenneman, president and chief executive of Seaboard Foods, a pork supplier in Sawnee Mission, Kansas, that produces 4 million hogs a year, said high corn costs were already forcing producers in his industry to cut back on the number of animals they raise. "There's definitely liquidation of livestock happening," and that will cause meat prices to rise later this year and into 2009, said Brenneman, who is also the vice chairman of the American Meat Institute. Brenneman's cost for feeding a single hog has shot up $30 in the past year because of record-high prices for corn and soybeans, the main ingredients in animal feed. Passing that increase on to consumers would tack an extra 15 cents per pound onto a pork chop. It's a similar story for U.S. beef producers, who now spend a whopping 60-70 percent of their production costs on animal feed and are seeing that number rise daily as corn prices hover near an unprecedented $8 a bushel, up from about $4 a year ago. "This is not sustainable. The cattle industry is going to have to get smaller," said James Herring, president and CEO of Amarillo, Tex.-based Friona Industries, which buys 20 million bushels of corn each year to feed 550,000 cattle. Corn's prices were already rising before the floods, driven up 80 percent over the past year as developing countries like China and India scramble for grains to feed people and livestock. U.S. production of ethanol, an alternative fuel that can be made with corn, has also pushed prices higher, prompting livestock owners to lobby Washington to roll back ethanol mandates. Before the floods, corn farmers were enjoying record profits selling the grain to feed animals and for use in cereals and as a sweetener in soda and candy. But a sharply smaller corn crop could wipe out those gains. In Iowa, the No. 1 U.S. corn grower, floods inundated about 9 percent of corn crops, representing about 1.2 million acres -- almost 1.5 percent of the country's anticipated harvest. In Indiana, another 9 percent of corn and soybean crops were flooded, potentially costing farmers up to $840 million in lost earnings, Indiana Agriculture Director Andy Miller said. Floodwaters also tossed farm equipment, sprayed cornfields with debris and silt and sucked away large chunks of topsoil. For livestock owners and meat producers, the damage may be felt long after the corn grows back. Even before the floods, Tyson Foods was complaining that high grain prices would drive up its costs by $600 million this year. The world's largest poultry company has already raised its prices over the past year, and expects to keep raising them, CEO Dick Bond told analysts at a conference in May. Higher feed prices will eventually filter through to the cost of milk, cheese and yogurt, too, since 65 to 75 percent of a dairy farmers' production costs are for feed, said Chris Galen, a spokesman for the National Milk Producers Federation. With the cost of animal feed only going higher, many poultry and dairy farmers are starting to look for cheaper alternatives. Nebraska dairy farmer Dan Rice, who has 1,500 cows, said one alternative is to buy some of the byproducts of cereal or flour production, but they're not nearly as productive compared to corn. "If we all feed less corn and get less production, then the price at the grocery stores are going to go up," said Rice, who supplies milk to grocery stores in Omaha and around Kansas City. Without easy ways to cut costs, many livestock producers will have little choice but to slaughter more animals and send them to market. "We're in survival mode now," said Paul Hill, chairman of West Liberty Foods, a turkey processor based in West Liberty, Iowa. He estimated U.S. turkey producers will reduce their flocks by 10 to 15 percent nationwide, a cutback that will send consumer prices dramatically higher. "The cost of Thanksgiving and Christmas turkeys will go up this year, and maybe even more next year," said Hill, who is also the chairman of the National Turkey Federation. If corn were to rise to $10 a bushel, Richard Lobb, spokesman for the National Chicken Council, said recouping costs through higher retail prices may not be possible. "Can you possibly charge enough for the chicken to recoup that investment?" he said. "That's a question no one can answer yet because it's never been done." http://www.cnn.com/2008/US/weather/06/22/midwest.flooding.ap/index.html ~7Seven |

Sherry - has the Lord said anything to you about whether or not believers should stand in a food line organized by the gov't? Also - i believe that the gov't will use food distribution to get people into the cities..all in God's will because I believe God will destroy the cities. In Messiah, Michael |
