Advanced Member Posts: 428 Group: Members Member #1,910 Joined: October 4, 2007	I had a very strange dream last night: I saw a "huddled mass" of people in the nostril of the Statue of Liberty. They appeared to be afraid. And then I saw them being blown up by a bomb. I saw the date OCT 28th flash after the dream. I woke up wondering why they were in her nostril, how they got in there, etc. But today when I looked up the Statue of Liberty online, it all made sense because the date she was officially dedicated to America was October 28 1886 and because of this poem that is inscripted on the pedestal of the statue; The New Colossus, by Emma Lazerus: The New Colossus Not like the brazen giant of Greek fame, With conquering limbs astride from land to land; Here at our sea-washed, sunset gates shall stand A mighty woman with a torch, whose flame Is the imprisoned lightning, and her name Mother of Exiles. From her beacon-hand Glows world-wide welcome; her mild eyes command The air-bridged harbor that twin cities frame. "Keep ancient lands, your storied pomp!" cries she With silent lips. "Give me your tired, your poor, Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, The wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!" If this is figurative or literal I cannot say; does it have to do with an actual terrorist plot or is it referring to how we want to put tighter controls on immigration now due to terrorism? Her World-Wide Welcome snuffed out, her breath suffocated? I thought it was a strange one so here it is for your thoughts. (By the way, I learned that the Statue of Liberty is on the One Million Dollar bill! I did not know that!) 7SevenThunders7

I think the highest bill ever in circulation was a 100,000 dollar bill, but now the highest I believe, is a 100 dollar bill. Could you imagine going to McDonald's and asking them to make change? I won't say your dream doesn't make sense though. There have been a lot of people who have had prophetic dreams in which the statue of Liberty had significant meaning. Pray and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal the meaning to you. Laurel

Well, that humbles me, but that laughing happy face kind of hurt my feelings. That's ok, I have heard that God doesn't respect us if we are smarter than other people but he chooses the weak. "But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong." (1 Corinthians 1:27)

I was not laughing at you, my smiley face was meant to be laughing at the look on a cashier's face if you handed her a million dollar bill to pay your order with. I had the same wool pulled over my own eyes and I should have said so. I apologize for hurting your feelings, I really didn't mean to. Sometimes it is hard to convey what you are thinking in a post, but I was not laughing at your mistake. I made the same one! Please forgive me! Laurel

Newbie Posts: 13 Group: Members Member #3,954 Joined: April 28, 2008	I think the Statue of Liberty is representative of Babylon the Great, the harlot (NYC and by extension America). In Rev 18 it says she will burn in one day. I had a dream where I heard NYC and DC getting nuked far to the north of where I am, Florida. You have interesting dreams.

Like this one, I woke up with my heart pounding and then saw the date flash on top of that. On top of that, the date is connected to the Statue and I had no way of knowing that. So I know it had meaning. I dreamt this on October 18, 2007. 10 days before the statue's 121st anniversary, so I was wondering what would happen on the 28th. Nothing happened last year. I still wonder if something will happen on this date in the future? Whatever the message of the dream was, I am sorry to say, it was lost on me. ~7Seven
