I thought I would share a vision I had about it some time ago now. In the dream I had I was taken to a place, and what I saw had utterly amazed me. At one moment I was looking at a beautiful meadow...and then the scene rotated/changed in front of me and I would be looking at a stormy sky, and then the scene would rotate/change into something else...and the scene would keep changing over and over again in front of me every few moments. I would walk toward one place but would never arrive at my destination because the scene would keep changing. (You have to imagine what it would be like. You would head toward a place but could not get there because the scene would change to a gravel road somewhere or some place else...it was very frustrating trying to get to where you were going.) I understand that this place is the world of lost humanity, and those who are lost in the world are truly lost indeed. While I contemplated my own predicament, I realized that I was completely and utterly lost trying to find my way out!!! How can I ever find my way back to the Lord?! I have tried to find my way, but the scene would keep changing as I would go, and I would get lost over and over and over again. I tried to find my way back on my own and failed so miserably. Then came the word of the Lord to me. In my dismay I began to cry out to the Lord, and the Lord heard my prayer and had mercy on me, and pittied me, and answered me and said... I will show mercy on you...the way out of this lost world by which means you are lost because of the changing scenes, that when you would go here the scene would change before you, or when you would go there the scene would change again. Hear my voice, and listen and do what I tell you to do, and you will not be lost. Those who are lost in the world are lost indeed. ...If you would not be lost, just close your eyes and do not look at the world and its changing scenes...close your eyes and don't look...you will have to trust me that I will lead you...now keep your eyes closed, follow me blindly and follow the sound of my voice and stop trying to do this on your own power...keep listening for my voice and keep your eyes closed the whole time and don't look at the changing scenes...now, I will lead you, ...but first I must lead you to a hard place, a very rocky road which can be hard at times to travel it, but don't get discouraged my son, for whom I love, I chasten, and rebuke every son whom I receive, but keep your eyes closed and follow my voice...you will surely fall on this rocky road from time to time and break the skin your knee and stub your toe and fall down...but if you do not lose heart, and stay on this road, and keep listening to and following my voice, then I will lead you out of the lost world, where the lost are truly lost indeed. The road will not remain rocky forever, but will become smooth and easier to travel after a while, for my yoke is easy and my burden light...but the rocky road leads to a narrow road where not many from the lost world travel. The name of the Rocky Road is called repentence and this Rocky Road which is called repentence will lead to the straight and narrow way which leads to eternal life, which is the home of the Redeemed Saints, redeemed by the Blood of the Lamb. And as concerning the rocky road of repentence that you must travel... "Come now, and let us reason together," Says the LORD, "Though your sins are as scarlet, They will be as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, They will be like wool." Repentance is a rocky road best travelled in the day, when there is light, lest darkness comes, and I stumble in the dark...that is to say the Spirit of God will not always strive with man. I will therefore humble myself before the God of heaven and pray, who has called me with a holy calling...to walk this road of repentance..that leads to eternal life. Through the cross of Jesus Christ I have repented of my sins and turned away from them; I completely gave Him all of my heart. Through The Holy Ghost, I have come to hate the sins of the flesh and utterly despise them and to crucify them. ...Because I love Him, because I love Him in the Spirit in very pit of my soul I will seek out those things that always please Him, because it pleases me so...because I have been born of Him. If only that I may have just one moment, just one moment in time that I may truly glorify Him in this my earthly body…and this I will do as His Holy Spirit, who is within me permits me, and teaches me all things... |
