In the past, the majority of customers flocked to psychics for advice on their relationships and love lives, but the questions today revolve mostly around finding a job and money. Psychics at the Psychic Eye Bookshop in Sherman Oaks say their business is being driven by fear today about the economy and their clients' financial security. And while many might view astrology or fortune telling as a luxury service, many medims say their business is holding steady and — and in some cases doing even better — as people look for guidance in the difficult economic times. The American Association of Psychics says not only is business booming, but there has been a blooming interest in employment in the field as well. Classes once taught for a dozen students are now filled with as many as 30 students at a time, the Association said. And since this is the dawning of the age of Aquarius, says clairvoyant-reader Laurie Johnson of the Psychic Eye, people will have heightened levels of communication, perhaps affording them excellent opportunities to tap into their psychic abilities. The Word of God says this would happen in 1 Tim. 4:1 "Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;" When cold dead religion is all you have to offer the world there is not much else that the sinner can do. People go in Churches SICK and come out SICK. Maby even sicker. What do Christians expect WHEN PEOPLE NEED HELP AND CAN NOT FIND IT IN A SPIRTLESS CHURCH??? The Bible also says in 2 Tim. 3:1-5: "1. This know also, that IN THE LAST DAYS PERILOUS TIMES shall come. 2. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3. Without natural affection, truce-breakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, 4. Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; 5. HAVING A FORM OF GODLINESS, BUT DENYING THE POWER THEREOF: FROM SUCH TURN AWAY." The fact is that this scripture is not so much talking to sinners without Christ, but this book of scriptures was written to Christians. This describes the people that call themselves Christians IN THE LAST DAYS. NOTE AGAIN.... THEY WILL DENY THE POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT. Yes! People will turn to some other power, and we know the devil has some also. Matter fact He will take all the power we as Christians give him. The problem is the Modern Day Church has DENYED THE POWER. There are many, praise God not all, who have FOUGHT AGAINST THE POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT in denying the BAPTISM OF THE HOLY SPIRIT AND THE GIFTS OF THE SPIRIT. Many have church without God, or His Spirit. RELIGION IS WHAT IS LEFT AFTER GOD LEAVES THE ROOM. So, when people need spiritual help. When they need spiritual healing, When the need spiritual awakening and go into a dead cold END TIME CHURCH they RECEIVE NOTHING, sometimes not even a good handshake. When a church promises men that they will be SET FREE AND THEY DO NOT DELIVER than Yes, they leave looking for SUPERNATURAL POWER SOMEWHERE ELSE. Now let us take note of this fact. Actually, this is a sign to the Church that PEOPLE ARE SEARCHING. They are reaching out for help, THEY NEED SUPERNATURAL HELP. The answer to this problem is to REVIVE THE CHURCH. We need revival in the Church. The revival will be A SUPERNATURAL MOVING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT AND THE POWER OF GOD. In the Acts Church when we read the account, we discover that this EARLY CHURCH had SUPERNATURAL POWER and that they went out and TURNED THE WORLD UPSIDE DOWN. The fact that NOTHING COULD KEEP THIS EARLY CHURCH FROM GROWING, and even under WORSE CONDITIONS than we have today in America (THEY WERE AT THE TIME BEING PUT TO DEATH FOR PREACHING), is something we should DEEPLY CONSIDER AND PRAY ABOUT. Could it possibly be.....???? The Modern Day church has left off something? That something is WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR???? But instead of ALLOWING THE HOLY SPIRIT FREEDOM in many Churches, they PREACH AGAINST THE HOLY SPIRIT. Go ask your pastor this Question....."Do you believe in the BAPTISM OF THE HOLY SPIRIT and the POWER OF GOD MANIFESTED IN THE GIFTS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT? When you do.....THAN YOU WILL KNOW THE ANSWER. Most of them will say NO. They will go on to say O' THAT WAS FOR THE EARLY CHURCH. We do not need that today.....WE ALREADY HAVE ALL WE NEED. They will tell you reasons why THOSE WHO HAVE IT ARE WRONG. Well If they have it....TELL ME WHERE IS THE SMOKE???? GO AHEAD ASK THEM. Jesus said in Acts 1:4-5: "And, being assembled together with them, COMMANDED THEM that they should not DEPART FROM JERUSALEM, BUT WAIT FOR THE PROMISE OF THE FATHER, which, saith he, ye have heard of me. 5. For John truly BAPTIZED WITH WATER; but ye shall be BAPTIZED WITH THE HOLY GHOST not many days hence." (ALL MANY HAVE TODAY IS BAPTISM WITH WATER!) Than again in verse 8 we read: "But ye shall RECEIVE POWER, after that the HOLY GHOST IS COME UPON YOU: and ye SHALL BE WITNESSES unto Me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth." The proplem is today, MANY HAVE NOT WAITED TO RECEIVE THIE POWER and have gone out to have church WITHOUT THIS POWER. Those who need help, salvation, healing, deliverance etc., now seek SUPERNATURAL POWER somewhere else. SO WHO IS AT FALT??? I SAY RELIGION IS AT FALT. RELIGION THAT TEACHES THAT WE DO NOT NEED THE POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT AND THE GIFTS OF THAT SPIRIT. Such a church can not deliver their promises to the world of needy mankind. Folks this is the reason why the world TURNS TO satan FOR HELP. Let us repent and return to seeking after and walking in the OLD TIME POWER OF THE HOLY GHOST THROUGH THE BAPTISM WITH POWER. IT IS NOT ITS REVIVAL TIME!!!!!!!!!!
