The warriors triumph

by Final Call

===========================

Battling through the dark war-torn wastes
No sign of relief was in sight
Trembling, the warrior falls to his knees
With no more strength left to fight.

He longingly lifts his eyes to the skies
And cries out in deepest despair.
Deep mournful cries..tears in his eyes
But it seems like there's nobody there.

But the warrior's known in good days gone by
Some victories and some great feats
So He brings to mind the joy filled times
When his enemies, they would all flee.

But now is not one of those times it would seem
For the battle..it has turned
And for quite some time the warrior has known
Harsh defeat and deep burns.

And now bleeding hard from cruel deepened wounds
Strength in his sword arm a-wane
The warrior cries out loud to his Lord
Doubled over in deepest pain.

The warriors Lord looks on in Love
Tears of compassion a-falling
For the warriors Lord has ordained this test
For a mighty warrior was forming.

For The Lord He knew that only the fire
Could bring out the warriors best
And that is why all through the dark night
The warrior faced the worst tests.

The foes they came on so thick and so fast
The sword of the warrior flaying
But a sword can only accomplish so much
When that failed..he started a-praying.

But that was the whole point of this harsh test
A test for all warriors in making
Would he keep fighting or would he just flee?
Would he just stand there and take it?

For its not how you fight that determines your might
Its not in the edge of the sword
The truest test of the warrior born
Is "WILL he stand on Gods word?"

For when sword arm fails and strength is all gone
And the wounds are so deep and defeating
And no one to help you, no medics in sight
And only the scent of death creeping.

Its in moments like these when all hope does flee
That the true strength of the warrior is known
For when all else is lost...and paid is the cost
That a mighty feirce warrior is honed.

The Lord He looked on and said loudly "ENOUGH"
And reached out and healed all the wounds.
He lifted His champion back to His feet
And said "Look..the suns rising soon"

For there in the distance the horizon glowed
With the promise of brightened dawn.
The Lord He then said"You have wept hard all night...
But much Joy will come with the morn."

"For all through the night you continued to fight
And only on me did you trust.
For all of my generals..my warriors born..
Relying on me is a must."

"Now take your reward, and lay down your sword..
And enter now into my rest
Because my dear warrior..my child..my son
You have successfully passed the last test.

Dear Brother Final Call:

What an awesome, heart-felt message and witness to the firey trials and testings that many sons and daughters of our Most High Lord and Savior-Yahshua are going through at this very moment in preparation for being "drafted" into His Remnant Army of tested and proven saints! I believe the Holy Spirit blessed you with a deep awareness of what you have been through and formed in you a wonderful gift to share it with others through this poem/prose message; Many--I know--can strongly identify with how you have captured what myself and others have been going through over the past years, months and weeks; We must ALL suffer as Jesus Christ did for all of us if we are to enter into the Lord's Rest, and to be found worthy to be apart of the "First Fruits Company" and the "Man-Child remnant" that is being formed even now before Revelation 12: 5 is implimented.

Acts 14: 22 states: "....it is through much tribulation that we enter into the kingdom of God". I also was touched by the line: "...Now take your reward and lay down your sword..."; this is very crucial to the true believers that are serious about following our precious Lord and His examples about how we should live and act; We must NOT FIGHT WITH THE CARNAL, WORLDLY WEAPONS! We need to follow Christ when He said in Luke 9: 23: " If any man will come after Me, let deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me". Also, let us not forget what the apostle Paul wrote to us in 2 Corinthians 10: 3-4: "For though we walk in the flesh, WE DO NOT WAR AFTER THE FLESH: for the weapons of our warefare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds".

Well, brother Final Call, I hope many that visit this site will be touched and receive the Lord's message of HOPE through your anointed message-- I know I was. Time is short---the Lord is at hand--press in to the Lord and seek Him with all of your heart, soul, mind and strength...Amen!

Your brother in Christ,
