The following web-site Apocalypse Prophesied 2008-2015 located at http://www.apocalypse2008-2015.com/index.html Two of six books written by Herbert Stollerz (I believe he lives now in California) entitled "Apocalypse Prophesied 2008-2015" and "The Mystery of Tammuz 17". Extremely interesting warnings about his belief that it is more than likely major events will take place on or about Dec 21, 2008 that will alter everything in this country (and the world) AND...... His belief that New York City will be utterly and totally destroyed by nuclear attack on or before Feb 5-9, 2009. This website pronounces "The Apocalypse is scheduled for 21 December 2008 - 21 December 2015." Very powerful reading. Edited by GeneaBug, Aug 2 2008, 01:18 AM.

Now that is very interesting. Bob Jones, I have heard others quote him, say nothing is going to happen until maybe 2060. Yet, I know if nothing changes in this world concerning repentance and receiving Christ, no way. Ninevah had to repent and why should any other nation today not repent also? I can see glory for years if the nations repent of their injustices: of human trafficing, child sex slavery, spilling of innocent blood (abortion), adulteries, idolatries, torture, honor killing, fornication, witchcraft, homosexuality, and most of all for not loving God-the first commandment. |

Thank you, WorshipHim - for your response. It is true, none can come to Him, none can or will change unless and until they experience utter repentance. That means recognizing and confessing sin(s), asking for forgiveness, accepting and receiving forgiveness, and turning AWAY from the sin and turning to Christ in contrition, humility, and a complete desire to be willingly be changed, tried, and purified by Him. Many in the "church-at-large" profess they are "Christians" but have never truly experienced being born-again and not knowing beyond any doubt that they have the in-dwelling of the Holy Spirit. Too many keep looking for newer levels of experience that will assure them of their salvation. They are still blinded and deaf, constantly looking for more signs, new signs, constantly looking for experiencial thrills offered by some wildly exciting and overwhelming moments brought on by "group hype" offered by today's so-called evangelists and revivalists. Most of those will find that once the major tribulations of this End of The Age begin in earnestness, they will find themselves unprepared. We need to be repenting and seeking forgiveness and cleansing NOW. We need to be prepared. Our heavenly Father is a Just God, a Righteous God, a God of Loving Kindness, but also a God of Wrath (just read the Old Testament). He is not the goofy made-up God of unconditional love that is preached from today's pulpits and stages. He has lots of conditions for His people. He IS going to reward unbelievers and pretenders exactly with what they deserve - His righteous wrath for their unbelief in The Truth. And only those who are written in the Book of Life will receive His gift of eternal life - those who have come to Him in complete repentance. |
