Warning: 'Building' Earthquakes Off Coast Of Oregon Warning ~ There seems to be 'Building' Quakes, and not aftershocks, but the 'Building' Earthquakes off of the coast of Oregon all day...! Watching them closely today, Thursday; however when one just hit 5.6 magnitude ~ posted this note... July 17, 2008: 4.0, 4.1, 4.4, 3.7, 5.2 and now 5.6 EQ's Just a WATCH in case something happens....! July 17, 2008 Two Large-Moderate Quakes Hit Back-to-Back Cascadia Subduction Zone by Mitch Battros - Earth Changes Media The Cascadia Subduction Zone continues to show increased activity. Two more large-moderate earthquakes measuring 5.6 and 5.2 magnitude occurred just minutes ago. This followed two earlier quakes this afternoon measuring 4.4 and 4.1 mag. Earthquakes this size are highly unusual as it relates to 'swarm' activity. The Cascadia Subduction Zone is being watched very closely by seismologist from around the world. This location is known to produce mega-quakes measuring into the high eight's and low nine's. My grandchildren are at the Oregon coast untill sun with their father. My daughter and him are divorced and she did not want them to go but its his weekend. Would all of you who view this post please pray for their saftey. I really believe he took them there just upset my daughter as he knows she believes there is a prophesied earthquake for our coast. Thank you. |
