Keith, does this map portray your vision of the future destruction of the United States?

Isaiah 57:1The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth it to heart: and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come. 2He shall enter into peace: they shall rest in their beds, each one walking in his uprightness. Isaiah 53:4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. | |

Hey Brethren, I deleted a couple of comments here as they were not edifying and were completely off topic. If there is an issue or concern please address it in an email or pm. If Wil or I need to intervene, just let us know. And for the record, Wil and I DO PRAY FOR EVERYONE ON THIS BOARD and FOR THIS BOARD - it is dedicated to the glory of Jesus. My point, There are hundreds of thousands of Christians in California, perhaps more; I couldn't find the figures on this. According to this prophecy, every Christian man, woman and child in California will die alongside the wicked and the perverse; the thought is heart wrenching and I was bringing this fact to your attention for a reason... Obviously this hits home for someone who lives in CA. My little Brother, who has never said an ill word toward another living soul, who has been through such a tragic life yet has kept his heart pure and his love strong. He would die, along with his adorable young Christian friends and my young cousins, whose Mother has home-schooled them their whole lives to protect them from our dangerous schools. Many Christian children have been set apart. All of them My Lord's precious little sheep. California Christians struggle and pray to be in the world but not of this world in the most difficult of circumstances. I know these people whom the Lord loves, and I know if this is from the Lord, His Heart must ache like mine does when I read this. When I think of my little Brother, I think of how much he must please the Lord, of how much He must love Him, and I know that the Lord's love is beyond measure, for even one such precious soul. That is when I can't believe that the Good Shepherd would let one single solitary hair of his head be touched. The same Lord who would send angels lest he dash his foot against a stone. If the Lord would allow that, then he would allow it everywhere in America. Would you tell a Mother that her child would perish along with the wicked and the Lord would permit this? I asked if anyone cared for me because I wanted to bring the point to your attention that the Lord's heart is grieving along with mine. It's easy to talk about death on such a scale if you don't know any of the people, but I do know these people. It's easy to talk about it when you haven't seen the visions, until you can fathom the pure heart breaking scene of all those lives swept away. And even we can't fully comprehend such a grief that the Lord would have if it were to occur at His loving hand. Knowing every soul, and loving them all, sinners as well as His sheep. He has already died for every living soul here in California to show us His Love. Do you want to talk about death on a grand scale such as this; being mulled over like so much fodder merely to entertain our jaded minds? And this is edifying for your soul? I tell you love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. The truth is that the Lord loves us with more Love, more abundant and more pure than you will ever know and I trust in Him. This is the trust that makes every mother in California hand over her child into His Loving arms when she sends her child to school among the guns and violence and filth. All we can do here is trust the Lord and pray. I tell you that it may in fact be a blessing to be with the Lord swiftly, every one of us, mothers with their children, fathers with their sons, grandparents with their grandchildren, compared with the foul stench which has been brought upon us. The righteous have been encroached upon. Our once peaceful neighborhoods have been desecrated by gun fire and blood, by thieves and by witch craft, and by hearts waxing cold. And all we can do is pray to our Loving Father to protect us and hope to see our children grow up and get married and one day bare our Grandchildren. This is the reality of life in Southern California. Perhaps there is already a resemblance of this in your neighborhoods but it would be only the beginning of the same spirit of violence which has taken over Los Angeles and which is to pour out unto to entire nation if indeed the Lord has taken his hand of protection from off of America. This is only to make you think of what we are fighting on the front lines. I pray that you never have the same experience of this in your lifetime. I pray that the Lord will take us all away from here before that day comes. I pray there is a pre-trib rapture, but it feels as if we are already in the tribulation. I needed to pour my heart out here on this matter. I hope it doesn't get erased for it is the voice of many Christians in California, crying out to the Lord daily. Help us! Please deliver us from all evil. ~Amen. Hi Methuselah, I know you care for me ;) and yo know I care for you and your wife. Thank you Belinda for praying for us. I feel like we are a little church, so I pray for you all when I pray for my church family. ~7Seven |

This is precisely why we must pray that God will hold back catastrophic judgment until we're taken out in the Rapture. This is so that He won't destroy His own along with the wicked. Otherwise, the wicked and the righteous alike will be killed by His wrath. God established a precedent with Noah and Lot which we must pray He will honor now. (BTW, He promised Abraham that if He found just 10 righteous people in Sodom, He would spare the city for their sakes. Well, as depraved as California has become, there's still a lot more than 10 righteous people living in that state! 7SevenThunders7 has made that clear to us.) 7SevenThunders7, did you read what I posted for you? It may have been deleted before you got to see it. I'll repost it below, so you can read it when you come back to this thread. Edited by kgreen20, Jul 18 2008, 01:11 PM.

I think it was Henry Gruver that had a vision about the destruction of America, where he was shown the souls of the dead as they departed this earth. Some for Heaven, others not. IIRC, He asked The Lord why good Christian people were killed in the nuclear attacks instead of being saved from them. The answer was that God chose to take these people home then, because they didn't have a faith that was strong enough to see them through the tribulation. Instead of letting them lose their faith in what lies ahead, and thereby losing their souls, The Father took them. You have to admit 7Seven, that makes a lot of sense, and at least in my humble opinion, it is a blessing. Taken home at the beginning of the tribulation saves a lot of pain and suffering. I have a problem with any vision that claims a post-Trib Rapture, day late. That is what this Henry Gruver teaches, so I must take what he says with a grain of salt. God has not appointed His Church to wrath, so we are not expected to survive the Tribulation. Few of us would be able to, anyway. But this is not the right thread for a debate, I know, so I'll leave it at that. Except to ask w8n4him why a post-Tribber always confuses God's wrath with man's persecution, as if the two were one and the same. Edited by kgreen20, Jul 18 2008, 01:14 PM.

kgreen, I agree we should not hijack this thread. I do feel however the need to answer what you've said. You are, of course, absolutely correct when you say the church is not appointed unto GOD's wrath. But that comes after the tribulation. The tribulation is satans wrath against both God and mankind. Rev 12:12 Therefore rejoice, [ye] heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time. |

Believe me when I tell you that my heart is heavy right now...... ALL my family is in California. They are die-hard catholics who pray to idols..... I am in constant prayer for them.... I PRAY for you 7seven and everyone here. Judgment is inevitable, but as KathyG says, I believe we are not subject to wrath...maybe some tribulation.... but I trust in the Lord no matter what happens..... for me, this life is a vapor compared to all eternity with Jesus..... and that is where I want all of us to be.... This is a family here at ATN.... we may not agree with everything, but we must be sure we stay close to Jesus and pray and support each other.... AMEN! |
