Visions of Understanding and Concerned Warnings Jimmy Pope In this Saint Louis Area Church I was seeing a serious of events in vision. We have to see in vision because the other world operates so fast our natural sight couldn’t see what was taking place. This vision continued during the entire service. The Church has invited a popular healing evangelist to preach and pray for the sick. This man had written a few books and was well received in the Charismatic Movement. After Exhorting the crowd an offering was taken and the sick began lining up for prayer. My sight stayed in the supernatural realm and I would watch as this evangelist would asked the body of believers to pray with him. I watched as the gifts of the spirit would operate from many of the people in the church. Like bolts of lightening, the healing power would leap from the spirit of one person after another onto the person needing a healing. The power of God was being manifested before my eyes. God was displaying his Majestic presence. The anointing was definitely present for healings. One older women loosing her vision came up for prayer and before anyone could touch her, I watched an Angel soaring down from the heavens, threw the roof of the church, quickly without slowing in motion, touched the ladies eyes and at a much faster pace flew upwards and out the roof on the other side of the church. The woman, a foreigner began crying out in the German Language that she could see. The healing evangelist spoke German and begin to interpret the woman’s conversation to the crowd. I too speaking German also understood. I remember another healing where a similar event in the meeting took place with an angel flying threw the walls and doing a similar laying on of hands. The mature Christians in the Church were used mightily by God through the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Of course a couple of Special Miracles involving Angels happened. God was in control of everything and He was certainly proud of his yielded children. The Pastor of the Church was so impressed with what happened he glorified God giving about equal praise to the healing evangelist. The Pastor asked that a second offering be taken up for a man of God with so much faith. People everywhere was praising this man of God giving their money joyfully. In my vision God allowed me to understand that not one miracle happened through the faith and power of this individual. That doesn't mean anything was wrong with this individual. It simply means that God can use the Body of Believers to accomplish miracles. God is a miracle worker. Miracles are always prayed into fruition by the intercessors of prayer before God ever lets the gifts of the spirit bring the miracle into reality. God gave gifts to MEN so they could become Saints. Gifts are a sign that the Holy Ghost is willing to perform. It isn't a signification that the anointed is perfected. The first big miracle I experienced involved a neighbor that had suffered a head injury during WWII. The neighbor had part of his skull replaced by a steel plate and had suffered some brain trauma as a result of combat action and was sent home from the War. This person would often experience seizures over the years and finally the big one came. The war veteran went into what is called a Grand Mall Seizure, lost oxygen to the brain, and was expected to die within a few days. His brain was swelling inside his skull and there was no likelihood that he would ever receive any normal brain activity if he lived. I was called by a group of church women at a local church that had been interceding for him. They sent the church deacon to take me to the hospital. The deacon said the situation is critical and the man won’t live out the week. We arrived at the hospital and went into the man’s room. He seemed conscience and staring at the ceiling from his hospital bed laying on his back with all kinds of needles sticking from his arms. He was wired up to some monitoring devices. I prayed dealing first with some demon forces that were coming against the person. The power of God flowed through my body and the man was slain in the Spirit. The deacon whispered, Brother, “we had better get out of here!” “Look, the man has passed out!” "I think he's asleep!" The deacon was a nice retired person but didn’t fully understand the operation of the Holy Ghost. God gave me a word of knowledge that this person was healed and in a few days would return home. Several days later the man was released from the hospital fully recovered with no signs of brain damage and lived many years after this incident. God spoke to me afterwards informing me that the miracle was performed in answer to the prayer of the intercessors. They had prayed down the miracle that moved God. God allowed the Gifts of the Holy Spirit to operate in a vessel that was a man not yet perfected in righteousness to bring about a miracle. We can't judge the move of God without a personal revealing from our Lord. How can we possibly know what's going on without discernment. Even then God tells us not to uproot the tares. Not to sow discord of any kind. We are not to be accusers. We are only to speak those things that are lovely and of a true report that are filled with virtue and praise. God has spoken to me recently that the body of believers must come into unity. Our Precious Lord will no longer tolerate discord and dissention. We are all called to embrace holiness. We are called to walk in righteousness. Soon great fear and trembling will come upon those that GRIEVE THE HOLY SPIRIT WARNING THEM! God will separate the evil doers. DEATH and SICKNESS will fall on those not in harmony with the Holy Ghost. Please be careful with your conversations! Great judgment is falling upon those that aren't guarding their words. THE GOD OF GREAT MERCY IS ALSO A GOD OF JUDGMENT!
