I have been reading something about the measurements are taken from the center core of the earth and that makes the comet fragment much closer. Wise Owl at TB2K: Also after looking at the chart of all the pieces listed at JPL except a couple notably missing the following is noted.... Enquiring minds would like to know as that is the piece that Eric Julien says is going into the Atlantic on or around the 24th..... Anyway from tomorrow thru the 13th we have 17 visible pieces with I wonder how many NOT visible?????????? and most of those will be crossing in front of us in about 5 to 7 days time..... Just wondering out loud and noting a few things.... |

Posted at Lamb's Cafe, David Eels of the America's last days site gave the following head's up, I don't know anything else concerning the programs other than what is posted here: If believers get simultaneous dreams around 2am, you have about 20 hours warning to get out of Dodge before the Atlantic/Gulf of Mexico meteors/asteroids/comet pieces fall and cause tidal wave-type destruction of the coast up to 200 miles inland, along with Florida. (The hit would be around 10pm the next night.) No date given, but pay attention to your dreams and take them seriously. Coombes 5-5-06 Do you remember that child’s game where you pick a flower, preferably like a daisy with lots of petals and begin plucking each petal while saying to yourself: “She loves me, she loves me NOT, she loves me, she loves me NOT?” Well there’s a similar sort of thing going on now in cyberspace plus also at NASA and related governmental agencies. That little rhyme goes something like this: “The comet will hit Earth, The comet will NOT hit Earth.” Of course, keep repeating this phrase as if you were picking petals from a daisy and you’ll get the point of our following story. Recently we wrote about an encounter that Earth would have with a passing minor comet called: 73P/Schwassmann-Wachmann 3 Even then, there were some doom-and-gloomers in cyberspace predicting TEOTWAWKI (the end of the world as we know it). We made note of the fact that NASA had made note that the comet would miss us by 5 to 6 million miles from Earth. In astronomical terms, such numbers are relatively close, but in practical terms, it is no cigar for a direct hit on planet Earth. However, having noted that inour brief comments we noted that the comet is breaking apart which like the old pop-rock song of the 1960s says, “breaking up is hard to do,” which apparently applies to comets also. This particular comet however, is breaking up in a remarkably unique manner not far from Earth, relatively speaking during its approach towards Earth this year. Those fragments have been of more concern than the comet’s main body because those fragments and the fragments of the fragments keep changing the entire dynamics of trajectory projections. While the main body of the comet is expected to pass us at about 6 million miles out, the streaming debris train behind the main body has now been strung out to 2 million miles. Still, even at that, such a stream is not likely to have any impact on Earth. However, the real wild card is a stray fragment that has ricocheted off other objects much like billiard balls on a pool hall table. Sometimes balls even go flying off the table when balls bounce into each other with enough force. While we knew all of this while writing our earlier report, what we didn’t know were some of the unknowns. We still don’t for that matter. So why are we writing about this now? Didn’t we make our earlier statement definitive enough? The answer is that the numbers are changing, accusations are flying around and we have some interesting synchronicity at play in this comet story, which leads us to revise our thinking just a bit. Because this comet has such a long convoluted name, we’ll just refer to it as Comet 73P. This comet makes it’s nearest pass to Earth about every five and a half years. It went missing for a few passes by Earth without anyone noticing it. In a 1995 fly-by of Earth, the comet broke into two pieces after it passed Earth. Those pieces stayed relatively close together. It’s appearance in 2000 was rather uneventful. Somewhere on its return encounter with Earth, beginning a few months ago, the comet fragmented again and again. It had fragmented into 8 pieces by March before its wheels began to come off. In mid-April the comet really began to fragment further and then the fragments began to fragment. We have some truly remarkable photographic evidence of such events as you can see in the photographs below. Shortly after this round of disintegration, we posted comments on these acitivities and noted that while there were some website commentators warning of doom and gloom, predicting impacts with Earth, we noted that if NASA’s calculations were correct, there should be no impact with Earth from those fragments, that we knew of. We noted that there might be other unknown fragments and while the possibility existed that unknown fragments might hit Earth, this seemed unlikely based upon the trajectory of the main body. Of course, things can change and new fragments have emerged with one particularly new fragment that NASA has little data to work with in projecting its trajectory. Therefore, NASA recently posted a wide-ranging trajectory maximum/minimum distance from Earth that could conceivably be a direct hit or come extremely close. How close? Perhaps it could pass less than 8,000 miles from Earth. It might even careen into Earth if Earth’s gravitational field pulls it into the planet more than NASA calculates. It’s hard to calculate precisely because no one knows how big the object actually is in terms of size.While the size of this fragment is not really known we understand that it came from a fragment reported to be 1 kilometer in diameter and that fragment broke into 11 pieces. The question becomes,” how big is each piece?” If we assume each piece was relatively equal in size then each piece might be 100 meters in diameter, or perhaps the size of a modest home. The trouble with such thinking is to assume each piece being relatively equal. Not all of those pieces are able to be tracked now, as we understand, so if this particular fragment, known by the way as “B-D” is indeed being tracked it must be of fairly good size. The bottom line on all of this uproar circulating in some corners of cyberspace is that the chances of an impact are indeed a remote possibility. For us who are prophecy watchers, what conclusions should we draw from this information? Our conclusions: #1. At any time, God can arrange for surprise events to start the fulfillment of the “End of the Age” or “Day of the Lord” prophecies. Revelation 6:13 “And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.” The first trumpet sounds in Revelation 8:7 “The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.” The second trumpet sounds in Revelation 8:8-9 “And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood;” “And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed.” The third trumpet sounds in Revelation 8:10-11 – Wormwood falls “And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters;” “And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.” The fourth trumpet sounds in verse 12 “And the fourth angel sounded, and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars; so as the third part of them was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the night likewise.” Revelation 16:21 and the 7th bowl judgment occurs just before the Second Coming of Jesus Christ: “And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great.” #2. The Revelation 18:21 passage where an angel takes up an object like super or giant-sized millstone and tosses it into the ocean of Earth creating the destruction of Mystery Babylon should not be taken lightly. There are always objects flying by earth that an angel could latch onto and send hurtling to Earth. “And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.” Now having said that this upcoming experience should be a reminder to us that God will likely use such events as part of the Tribulation judgments, we can not rule out the possibility that God might cause these cometary fragments known as 73P to change course and impact into the Earth’s atmosphere. If this were to happen it might very well be the fulfillment of the Revelation 6:13 passage. We’re not inclined to think the Revelation 18:21 passage would be fulfilled by this 73P cometary encounter because it seems that this passage is in reference to a second judgment upon Mystery Babylon. This passage seems to be tied to the Jeremiah 51: 42, 55, 64 descriptions of Babylon sinking beneath the ocean waves as a result of the angel’s actions. This action must be the second judgment because other passages, such as Isaiah 13: 17-21 describe a period of time of desert-like conditions after a fiery first destruction period. It seems to us that a desert-like condition will develop first and then after the passage of some amount of time, probably the 7 year Tribulation period, followed by the second judgment as described in Revelation 16:17-21 and 18:21 as well as the above cited Jeremiah 51 passages. Now, having noted all of this, it’s possible that we’ve misunderstood the text and that the desert-like conditions could prevail in some parts of the nation while other parts sink under the ocean waves so that it is a double-judgment as mentioned in Revelation 18:6. …“double unto her double, according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double.”) In that case, should the doubling occur at the same time, then we have to consider the verses of Jeremiah 51: 11, 27-28. The term “Medes” is found, along with three other tribes, which lived around the Caspian Sea. All of these names are a reference to modern-day Iran. “…the LORD hath raised up the spirit of the kings of the Medes: for his device is against Babylon, to destroy it; because it is the vengeance of the LORD, the vengeance of his temple.” “Set ye up a standard in the land, blow the trumpet among the nations, prepare the nations against her, call together against her the kingdoms of Ararat, Minni, and Ashchenaz; appoint a captain against her; cause the horses to come up as the rough caterpillers.” “Prepare against her the nations with the kings of the Medes, the captains thereof, and all the rulers thereof, and all the land of his dominion.” Now, because we are watching Babylon-America feuding with Iran over the Iranian nuclear program we wonder if there might then be a connection to this cometary event. There has been a lot of speculation, rumors and reports that America’s leadership is planning to launch aerial strikes against Iran and even reports of plans to use nuclear weapons. A Babylon-America nuclear strike against Iran that would wipe Iran out, would mean that God’s written prophecies detailing Iran’s role in Bible Prophecy. Iran has two different instances of prophetic roles to play. One role that Iran will play is in Babylon’s destruction. The second prophetic role involves Iran as an ally in the Gog-Magog war. If Iran were destroyed by nuclear weapons by orders of Babylon-America’s George W. Bush then the prophecies concerning Iran would NOT come to fulfillment. That would make God a liar. This will not be allowed to happen. God simply won’t let His Word be contradicted. Before Babylon-America would be allowed to do that, God would dispatch his angelic forces to destroy Babylon-America before Babylon-America could carry out its plans against Iran that would invalidate God’s Word. Therefore, as we’ve stated in one of our earlier articles posted early in the year, such an attempt by Babylon-America to destroy Iran will result in the first judgment on Babylon-America. That judgment might come by way of fragments from a comet hitting America and creating only desert-like conditions but not a sinking below sea level. So it is indeed possible that such a scenario might be just around the corner, but especially so if, and we do mean IF the President and his military leaders are indeed about to launch war against Iran with goal of destroying that nation. Of course, this cometary incident might only be a demonstrated warning to America’s leadership not to act against Iran. Some astronomers note that we should not rule out completely the comet 73P’s fragments hitting Earth. We should also note that we cannot completely rule out the possibility that 73P fragments – should they impact on Earth would then likely be THE FIRST Babylon judgment. I don’t think events have quite reached that point yet. We could be a year or more away from Bush’s plans to take out Iran’s nuclear facilities. If so, God could decide to act now with this comet or He could arrange for some other celestial event or indeed the First Judgment might just be a totally angelic, supernatural event not utilizing comet fragments, asteroids or meteors/meteorites. One other thing we’d like to note. We’re uncovered scientific reports that some astronomers in Japan are noting large x-ray radiation levels coming from the nucleus of the comet, which strongly suggest to us that the fragments may also be radioactive. Therefore, any fragments that might impact on America might create a highly radioactive pollution of the land that would force survivors to flee Babylon-America, thus fulfilling the prophecies in Isaiah 13 and Jeremiah stating that any survivors would flee back to their own homeland. So what are we saying? It is possible that a fragmenting comet such as Comet 73p could be a “natural” event that triggers the first Babylon judgment. If so, it is possible that Jesus Christ will rapture away the Church first before this event. It does not have to be the case, but it is possible. Keep in mind that May 26th is Ascension Day – the Day Christ ascended to Heaven and perhaps just as the angels told the Disciples, as He went, so shall He return. See Acts 1:3, 11. “To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God:” “Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.” So, it is possible that should these comet fragments strike, how interesting that such might come on the anniversary of His ascension or on Pentecost which if we’ve calculated correctly is June 4th when fragments are still supposedly flying by. Some theorists think the Rapture will occur on the Feast of Pentecost. All of this is something to think about and consider. We caution our readers not to be alarmed. We’re not saying this will happen. We’re not saying it is likely to happen. We do think it is at least a remote possibility that should not be completely discounted. One thing we should recognize from this experience is that HE can return for His own, at any time that the Father chooses, regardless of any of our theories be they “pre-trib, mid-trib, post-trib, pre-wrath, or on a Jewish Feast day or not. It is NOT for us to know, but we are to be ready for ANY and EVERY day, year-round. Are you ready? The following info was found elsewhere posting from Eric Julien's site: Astronomers are informed of the existence of a certain number of comet fragments but are technically incapable of counting them all. A great number of them could drastically threaten the Earth without ANYBODY knowing anything about it until a few days, or even hours before impact. This is an irrefutable scientific fact! ...we have fragments passing by us for the next 2 weeks. Only a few of the pieces have passed us so far |

Meteor shower sparks alarm 16may06 SOUTH-east Queensland residents have been startled by a bright, green ball of streaking light that initially sparked fears of a plane crash. A police spokeswoman said the suspected meteor was seen travelling east to west in the region from Bribie Island, across the Sunshine and Gold Coasts as far inland as Warwick. She said a Warwick farmer alerted police about 6.30pm (AEST) of what he thought was a "fire ball" from a plane crashing on his property. A search of the area found nothing. Police were then inundated by sightings of a "green ball of light". Andre Claydon of the Springbrook Observatory near the Gold Coast said he had received scores of sightings of what he thought was a meteor shower from across the region. He said the meteor shower would have appeared much closer than it actually was. "As it comes in through our atmosphere we get a magnification effect so it always looks a lot closer but it is probably 60 to 70km inside our atmosphere," he said on ABC Radio. "I had a number of phone calls specifically from the eastern part of Australia regarding a meteor shower that has come through and broken up into a few pieces." The Astronomical Association of Queensland's Peter Hall told ABC Radio: "It sounds like a meteor to me. Something else to think about, Israeli leader Olmert will be in coming to Washington to meet with Bush on the 23rd, giving away of the land of Israel will be on the agenda, am wondering, if they agree on anything, will this be the moment that God says enough and starts to to do to the U.S. as it is doing to Israel? Will he start taking away some of America's land? Maybe, just maybe, this is the reason why He is going to allow this comet to hit and cause whatever will happen to America to happen... |

Comet's tail 'caused Qld light show' Astronomers are predicting Queenslanders could see more meteorites over the next few days, if last night's spectacular light show was the result of a comet that passed by the Earth over the weekend. A bright green ball of light was seen in many parts of Queensland about 6:30pm AEST. Andre Claydon, from the Springbrook Observatory, says the comet is the most likely explanation for the rare phenomenon. "There is a comet that has just gone past and we're passing through the debris tail of this comet," he said. "This could be a fragment from the comet itself. "Over the next two or three days we should see more of this happening, because the Earth is stilling passing through the debris tail of this comet." But a South Burnett astronomer says the spectacle was probably the result of space junk entering the earth's atmosphere. Jim Barclay, from the Maidenwell Observatory, says the light could not have been caused by a meteorite. "Most meteors do not, and I repeat, do not appear of the green-blue fluorescent colours that these people described," he said. "Metallic substances tend to burn up and give you that greeny-blue fluorescent colours where meteors are generally white in nature." Green light Paul, from Coolum on the Sunshine Coast, says he was driving away from Brisbane when he saw the giant ball of green light. "One bloke just said, 'Wow, look at that' and it was just right across the sky," he said. "It was massive and it was green. "At the main body of it, there were actually parts of it falling down to the ground." Steve, from the bayside suburb of Birkdale, was travelling in a plane over Casino at 11,000 when he saw it break up in front of him. "It was just amazing," he said. "It just looked like it was just in front of us. "It was very white from up there - just sort of went out in front of us and we saw ... red bits falling and then it just went out." |

Well, even if you haven’t, watch the skies tonight and you might be able to see. The huge fireball that swooped across the sky about 6.20pm on Tuesday was actually a refrigeratorsized hunk of comet, astronomer Andre Claydon said yesterday. The Earth is passing through debris left by Comet 73P/Schwassmann-Wachmann which has broken up into about 64 pieces, said the director of observation at the Springbrook Observatory near the Gold Coast. Some of these pieces were hitting the atmosphere and would continue to create a spectacular light show for another five days. |

Looking at the orbit simulation on the NEO site there is a greater likelihood of comet fragments striking the earth the first 2 weeks of June. So if May 23rd or 25th goes by without incident we still have 3 or more weeks to go, We won't go through the orbital path of the comet until June 3rd - June 11th, The debri field trails the main fragments for millions of miles, it will take patience. So be prepard for the the scoffers Orbit simulation |

Thanks Rog, yeah I had heard that the last of the debris field won't pass until the 19th, so we would have to give it until than. Thomas from Lamb Cafe, who like me has gotten warned before the last several catastrophes have hit is hearing it again: horrible dread suddenly.... If it persists into tomorrow....then usually means wider than just personal scope... It's the unbearable kind which I haven't felt since landslide in Phillipines...this feels worse though....hopefully its just a passing thing, a limited thing....hard to breathe, stay still, sleep, ....just that horrid overwhelming dread.... gonna go pray through it hopefully.... Including prayers for the wicked, the dead... they know not what they do.....God forgive them. |

 Meteor & Tsunami ComingThis has never happened to me before. Although I have had continuous visions of the coming tsunami over the last two years, the Lord is speaking to me that it is time. This has been part of my experience over the past week: Was in my closet praying. Heard the Lord say the meteor is coming. Holy Spirit was on me heavy. Walking in the house, palms sweaty. I could feel it. Had to get out of the house. Went to walk around the lake and pray. Sat down and began to pray in the Spirit. Then I knew the tsunami was coming. I began to weep uncontrollable.
