Out of obedience to the Lord I have to let everybody know that this comet will be striking the earth, the Lord clearly spoke to me this morning about it after I read Merediths' (lqdlife) warning that I posted in the 3 Comet thread and He is putting it strongly upon me to warn everybody. I realize I am putting myself "on the line" here and I have been struggling a bit about whether to do this however the words Eze 33:6 But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take [any] person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman's hand. keep being repeated to me so I really have no choice, and He even answered my faithless request to have me turn to this scripture if it really was Him talking by having this scripture stare me in the face as I opened the bible. Than to further confirm He gave me Eze 3:10 Moreover he said unto me, Son of man, all my words that I shall speak unto thee receive in thine heart, and hear with thine ears. Eze 3:11 And go, ... and speak unto them, and tell them, Thus saith the Lord GOD So, I am speaking, please all be in prayer about this and see what if anything He might want you to do. |

Hey Wil God bless you brother, I just was wondering if you would know the date? I just been inform that there is another one coming and will be arriving in the year 2008, I need to get more information on it, but this could be the one that deals with revelation in the seals, what I was told that it is 150 meters long and could cause alot of damage world wide. Calvin if the comet doesn't hit the Atlantic but causes a disruption there as Meredith believes than yes the Cumbre Vieja volcano falling into the Atlantic could very well be the cause of the tsunami, thanks for bringing that out. Dan I don't know the specific date, however I am sure it is this comet that I was told about, so it will probably happen within the next 2-3 weeks, perhaps this thursday the 11th, when it's at it's closest point to the earth. That asteroid you're referring to I believe was said to only have a one in six million chance of striking the earth in 2008, though of course God can change those odds at any time. |

Thanks for putting yourself on the line and telling us what you think the Lord is telling you. This is very scary. I pray that my friends, family and everyone on this board and their friends and family (even unsaved ones) will be protected by the Lord's hand so harm and death will not come to them. I think I'll be avoiding the beach for the next few weeks. The further inland I am the better.

I don't know Horizon, I haven't heard anything too specific from God, but it does appear that it will be major damage, of this I don't have much doubt, such is the impression I'm getting from the Lord. We'll see, but God will be speaking to those that He wants be out of any harm's way, so it 's extra important now to keep our spiritual ears highly tuned at this time. |

Just want to correct what I said about the 11th being the date for closest flyby of the comet, it is actually the 13th. The 11th still has all those 11's going for it though... Also, in asking the Lord whether I should evacuate NYC I heard Him say not to. So I'll see what He has in store for me, must say I wouldn't mind at all if it means going Home. Wouldn't mind at all...

If the comet(s) fly on 05/11/06 @11:11 Greenwich Time, it has been said that the display will be late afternoon for us here in SW Nebraska @ 4:53 PM MDT. I am disabled and retired, but my wife gets off work @ 5:00 PM, so I will have her leave work @ 4:00 PM.  We have been adjusting to changes in my health and a greater burden that my DW now has to carry. I am no longer able to walk at 53 y.o. and cannot drive at this point in time. This is a recent development (02/23/06) and we would appreciate any prayer time that you can spare, for my wife's sake. The Lord blessed us with a new well-paying job for my educator wife (on sixteen days notice in December) which was an answered prayer of 9 months about whether to take the job in this little town of 14,000. We came from the PNW, knowing no one in the entire state. During the move and the trip I fell many times and injured my arthritic legs. I also have peripheral neuropathy disease in my legs in addition to heart failure and diabetes. The cool thing is that the first 3 months we were here in our new home, I was able to have kidney surgery twice, multiple injections for my legs and enough time to arrange office visits and delivery of 90 day prescription drugs, all before the May timeline. The place we found to live is handicap equipped in EVERY way and allows me to get around on wheels with ease. The sudden onset of these disabling conditions was the biggest answer to prayer, because now there is no real option about running from trouble and becoming refugees. We will just stay put and be content and comfortable and hopefully of some use in ministry until our time to be with Jesus comes. So sorry to get "off thread", but the wonderful peace we are experiencing after over 26 years of salvation and about 12 years of determining our place in the End Times is so overwhelming, I just had to share. Long story short, we can understand Wil's attitude about accepting the Lord's will for either staying put in NYC or leaving. We live in a small farming town and all of a sudden, it wouldn't matter if we were in Chicago. We, at long last have peace in Jesus for our protection, provision and in His timing for our exit from the Earth. Amen, and everyone have a joyful day in the Lord Jesus! :pray: |
